Are you enjoying the layouts? I know I sure am! I have been so focused on fun folds that I forgot just how fun it is to make the basic layouts too!
Today instead of using a square, I used die cuts to create the focal point on the card (Die cuts from September 2023 Paper Pumpkin Kit). To add a little interest I add a 1/4" strip of cardstock where the embossed background layers met. Add a little twine and a simple card done in 5 minutes.
Cardstock colors: Pebbled Path, Mossy Meadow, Pumpkin Pie and the retired Pale Papaya.
Quick Tip: When embossing two separate pieces of cardstock, line them up in the embossing folder when embossing....then the embossed look lines up from each piece.
