Hello, my crafty friends! Whew I barely completed this layout in time. I fell behind this week. But luckily, I am doing basic layouts this month so they come together quickly. Again, I used the Earthen Elegance 12 x 12 DSP. Then to keep up with the theme of looking back over the past 35 years; I used the stamp sets: Textures & Frames and Special Moments (both retired sets)

Basic Card Layout #12
Card Base: 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" scored at 4 1/4"
Cut two strips at 1 1/4" x 3 3/4"
Focal Point: 2" x 3 1/4"

This one is very simple but elegant. The DSP definitely contributes to its overall elegance, although when you showed the basic card design, it by itself is attractive even without the DSP.
