Blog Hop - Magic of Masks

Hello, my crafty friends!  Today is another Blog Hop - Magic of Masks.

The "Blog Hop" is a part of a team called Crafty Collaborations made up of a group of International Independent Stampin' Up! Demonstrators.  These talented Demonstrators share their creative work to inspire YOU!  So why not hop on over to their blog to see their amazing creations.

Grab a cup of coffee and let's get started!

I made my own masks for this card.  I die cut a leaf from the Artistically Inked dies and then I stamped the sentiment inside panel.  Then I stamped the sentiment on Stampin' Up! Masking Paper to show you the Magic of Masks.

I created two leaf masks and one sentiment mask (on the sentiment mask I cut each line apart so the leaf could show through each line.) Then the magic began.  Using blending brushes and multiple inks, I blended them in over each of the leaf masks.    All products used are listed below.

Measurements:

Berry Burst Card Base:  5 1/2" x 8 1/2" scored at 4 1/4"

Lemon Lime Twist Mat Layer: 4" x 5 1/4"

Basic White Cardstock:  4" x 5 1/4" (inside layer), 3 3/4" x 5" (front panel), scraps for flower and leaf to be stamped on

scrap of Berry Burst cardstock for sentiment.
