    Weekly Updates:

    February Classes are now posted to the calendar.  Please note time change and RSVP deadline.  I have made changes to my classes; if you use the host code and purchase a minimum of $30.00 the class is free.  Otherwise, classes are $20.00 or $25.00 per person.  It is necessary to up the fee  due to the prices of supplies and time spent preparing each class.  

     

    Blog posts will only be posted on Monday, Wednesday and Friday so that I have time to prep classes and create new content on the weekends.

     

    As of January 2024, Stampin' Up!  will be releasing two (2) new Kit Collections each month.  Click on the link at the top of the page for Kit Collections.

    Basic Card Layout #29

    From the mini catalog I used the Enduring Beauty Stamp Bundle.  

     

    Card Base: Calypso Coral 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" scored at 4 1/4"

    Basic White  4 1/8" x 5 3/8" (for focal point stamped image)

    Mat Layer (front):  Basic White  3" x 4 1/2"

    Mat Layer (front):  Pebbled Path 2 7/8" x 4 1/8"

    Inside Mat: Basic White  4" x 5 1/4"

     

    Inks used to water color image:  Calypso Coral, Petal Pink and Old Olive and Garden Green

    Embossing Powder:  Gold

    Embossing Folder: Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder

    Watercolor Painters  

     

    While this card is a stepped up version using Versamark and Gold Embossing PowderHeat Tool and Embossing additions Tool Kit  

    OR

    Various options are:  Stamped in Stazon and the watercolor effect could be obtained using your stamp pad reinkers

     

    For a bolder color; use regular ink pad  for stamping image and your alcohol markers to color image. 

     

    Another option would be to use the Enduring Beauty Decorative Masks, blending brushes and inks to color in the image.
